Endoscopic Brow Lift 

The endoscopic brow lift procedure will correct the drooping eye brows, open the corner of the eyes and lessens the appearance of wrinkles by removing selected muscles between the brows and releasing tissues which cause the wrinkles. It can be performed alone, in combination with an endoscopic mid face lift, upper/ lower eyelid blepharoplasty, laser skin resurfacing, or as part of a full face & neck lift.

In this endoscopic brow lift procedure Dr. Broujerdi separates and re-suspends the facial soft tissues that have descended down due to time and gravity and removes selected muscles causing wrinkles between the brows. He also prefers performing upper eyelid surgery and fat grafting to the peri-orbital region simultaneously to fill and re-store the lost/resorbed facial volume that creates the hollow look around the upper eyelid and the deep groove between the eye brows.

There are no visible scars with this technique. Dr. Broujerdi uses a posterior hair line approach with an endoscope.  Procedure is usually preformed as an outpatient surgery in an accredited ambulatory surgical center or hospital out patient center. Dr. Broujerdi prefers patients to spend at least one night at a accredited nursing facility for observation. 

You should expect a minimum of one week of down time after this procedure, some patient will require longer healing period. Dr. Broujerdi’s professional office staff will assist with post surgical care information.
